Barbara is an interesting character in Genshin Impact. It can be essential to your team, although you will rarely use it in combat. You can even build it in such a way that it works to your advantage. For Barbara, you want to quickly switch to her, cast her Let the Show Begin ability, and then switch to the character that needs healing. In a pinch, you can use Shining Miracle to heal the whole party.

The Maiden Beloved set will give you two-piece enhanced healing, and after that you should just stack anything that gives her enhanced HP to make her healing abilities even higher.
