House Flipper Challenge Guide

This one isn't too difficult because while you can't get a full-time job to get the money, you can get up to four different part-time jobs that will pay you a lot! So start a new life and just go for good stats, but they shouldn't really matter too much. Age throughout life until you can start a part-time job, that's usually when you're 16! You might drop out of high school at this point because your stress levels will be quite high with school and part-time work. Stack the highest paying offers for these jobs and get rid of the ones that don't pay well.

Once you turn 18, you can start buying property. Stack at least $20 and search for available properties. Seek out the ones with low status, so you can refurbish them and flip them for greater profit (just make sure you have enough money to refurbish)! Try to restore it to perfect condition and then you can sell it in the same year. You'll usually make a pretty good profit, but that depends on the cost of the house itself. Keep doing this until you run out of rundown house options that year. You will have to age to buy a new set of houses!

All you need to do now is keep doing it and you will compile more and more money. Keep trying to buy the most expensive house in the worst condition and sell it immediately. You will sometimes come across your house not selling, if so, you will just have to move up a year. You can usually keep trying to sell him over and over again, but sometimes it seems like he just won't allow you anything!

I would like to avoid haunted houses, they seem like a good idea but exorcising the ghost is not always a sure thing. I tried to get rid of a ghost in a house more than five times and it never went away. I was, however, able to sell it and still made a profit. However, this could be more problematic than it's worth.

Be sure to ask for a raise from time to time at your part-time jobs. This money isn't a ton, but it's worth getting more when you can. If one is particularly poorly paid, you can get it and take another to make more money!
