When you try to forge an alliance with the Snotingehamscire, you will start a series of quests called "The Tale of Two Jarls".
During Chapter 3, you will unlock the quest “Blood and Gods”.
The first thing to do and to go to meet the volva which is located at the location below on the map.
Then follow it to a mountain, the sleepy Jotün, which you will have to climb to meditate.
Once at the top, you can meditate and a cutscene starts and you will meet the spirit of Hemming.
