The Winter Veil on World of Warcraft is finally available on Wotlk Classic as well as on top dragonflight, the event will be present until January 2, 2023 and you will be able to win unique rewards, as well as exclusive achievements.

How to achieve Breaking the Ice achievement in WoW?
To obtain this achievement, you will have to complete a different quest sequence depending on your faction.
Alliance side:
You will need to complete the quest " The wickedness lives in you... » this quest will ask you to collect the Stolen treats and free Metzen the reindeer after defeating l'Abominable Grinche, which is in the Hillsbrad Foothills around the Sterile cave.
Once this quest is completed, you will unlock a series of quests:
- A Winter Veil with Friends which asks you to throw Gui at several NPCs: Brother Kristoff, Brother Crowley, Brother Benjamin, Brother Joshua, and Brother Cassius. These NPCs can all be found in the Alliance Capital, Stormwind.. To get the gui, just use the "/kiss" command on winter revelers.
- There is also Brother Nimetz in Northern Stranglethorn, Brother Wilhelm in Goldshire, and Brother Karman in Theramore To meet Brother Karman, if Theramore is phased, talk to Zidormi for her to take you to ancient Theramore.
Once this series of quests have been completed, you will receive a Winter Veil costume within 24 hours. You will then only have to dress up as a snowman, find another player who does the same and then use the "/dance" command with him at To install Dalaran. The achievement will only be obtained if you find yourself in the old Dalaran and during the one that is in Northrend and during the event Winter Veil.
