Chris Metzen is back on the WoW and Warcraft team

World of Warcraft dragonflight, to the nouvelle extension of Blizzard for the famous MMO as well as its first season, is available. You can venture into the new areas of Dragon Islands to mount your characters 70 level and face new challenges in the various dungeons of the extension. 

After some controversy within the company during the Covid in 2020, many staff changes were made at Blizzard. Good news today John hight announces us on his Twitter the return of Chris Metzen !

Chris Metzen is back at Blizzard for Wow and Warcraft!

On December 15 at 20 p.m., John Hight the General Manager of the Warcraft license informed us of the return of Chris Metzen within Blizzard. In the team since 1994 he was the Creative Director for the development of Warcraft 3, he then contributed to the development of World of Warcraft focusing in particular on writing the script and the dubbing of thrall.

He will then work for Overwatch even lending his voice to the character of Bastion. It will be the day of September 13, 2016 that he will inform the end of his career in a statement on the official forums of World of Warcraft. He will then indicate that he wants to retire in order to take care of his family.
