The Winter Royale tournament, which returns every year on Fortnite to the winter period, is back under a new name. This time it's in the tournament Cold Frenzy you can participate! Sessions have already taken place on the weekend of December 12 and 13, and the very last one is taking place this Thursday, December 17.



Everyone can participate, but beware, there is no cashprize stakes ! Only the Sleigh Tour spray is up for grabs.

How to participate in the Cold Frenzy on Fortnite?

If you weren't there on the weekend of December 12 and 13, 2020, you certainly missed the Cold Frenzy tournament, which replaces the Winter Royale which takes place every winter in Fortnite.

You will be able to catch up, since an ultimate session is scheduled for this Thursday, December 17, for all players! However, no cashprize in play this time, unlike other tournaments. The only reward involved is the sleigh ride spray.

This new session will take place from 18h to 20h le December 17, 2020.


To participate in the Frost Frenzy tournament,

  • Launch Fortnite at 18 p.m. competitive start time
  • Go to the Competition tab of the game
  • Choose the Frost Frenzy Tournament
  • Launch your first game!

This competition is played in trio, so you will need to join the game with two of your friends. Also remember that you must be at least level 30 on the game, and have enabled two-factor authentication on your Epic Games account.
