Like every week, legendary challenges are back in Fortnite this Wednesday, August 25, for the 12th consecutive week! New challenges are therefore available, allowing you to obtain XP easily. Among these quests, one of them asks to craft a weapon with alien nanites.
Alien Nanites are a new item, added in Season 7 of Fortnite. They allow in particular to deploy an extraterrestrial ecosystem in the game, but also to create io weapons. We explain how to do the quest!

How to create weapons with alien nanites in Fortnite?
Arriving in Season 6, weapon crafting is still available in Fortnite. It is thanks to this feature that you will be able to succeed in this quest! You will be able fuse this alien nanite with another weapon, thus making it possible to create an IO weapon. Here are some well-known blends:
- Nanite extraterrestre + Submachine gun rare or higher quality = Kymera's Pistolar
- Nanite extraterrestre + Assault rifle rare or higher quality = Pulse Rifle
- Nanite extraterrestre + Sniper rifle rare or higher quality = Railgun
To get an alien nanite, you will have to search a bit! Indeed, they do not have a precise location, they are simply on the ground, on top of the vacuum saucers and in the mothership. It can therefore be difficult to find them, and you may need several games before you get there.
