Where to rummage between the telephone, the knife-fork and the house?
To complete this challenge in the Prestige version, you will have to search between these three elements indicated in the title. They are to the south of the map, and more precisely to the west of Fatal Fields. Once there, all you have to do is collect the star to complete the challenge.
