For the "Decryption" challenges, you will need to collect 100 different chips in order to solve the mystery. Decryption Chip 47 asks you to search between a recovery van, a pirate camp, and a crashed bus. So all you have to do is get there, in a game mode other than Playground.
As a reminder, once the chip has been recovered, you must not leave the game, but die for the progress to be saved.

Where is the decryption chip located?
The decryption chip is therefore west of Lazy Lagoon, in the heart of the forest. From here, you can see the remains of a bus, but also part of the nearby pirate camp. The Recovery Van is not visible, but exists.
