How to complete "Holy Day" in AC Valhalla?
When you start the saga for the alliance with the Hamtunscire, you will start the series of missions " the king's prophecies ».
After completing the first quest, " The end of a kingdom you will unlock the sequel named “Holy Day”.
Once you have this mission, go to the objective marker on your map to join Guthrum and discuss how to try to capture Ælfred.
You will then have to go to the village near Cippenhamm and join the church. When you enter the building, you will come across Goodwin who will inform you that his King is not there and that you have fallen into a trap.
After facing Goodwin and defeating him, you will have the choice kill him or spare him, your choice will not matter since the warrior will end up dying in both cases.
Barely out of the church, a cutscene starts and you will see some of your allies perish. However, all is not lost since you will have to help three of your allies, Ljufvina, Guthrum and Broder.
For your first ally, Ljufvina, go to the west marker and eliminate the enemies she faces. The fight is over carry Hunwald to the near house to save these two characters.
See you then at the longhouse close to help Guthrum. You will have to help him capture the Thegn.
As for Embroider, go to east gate in order to help him capture a garrison.
After you are done with your 3 allies, regroup to finish off the last pocket of resistance in the village. A cutscene will start and you will have the choice to honor the dead or not.
You will only have to report to Randvi in Ravensthorpe to complete this questline.
