Initially, the number of refunds was limited to three per account, for life. From now on, refund requests will be available again 365 days after the last request.
To obtain new reimbursement requests in Fortnite, the only thing to do is to wait. Requests refresh every 365 days. However, you must be careful, if you use a request a few weeks after using another, these two requests will return 365 days after the last one has been used. The first one will therefore take longer to come back!
