While playing Rocket League Sideswipe, you will undoubtedly collect a plethora of cosmetic items. Although you will find some that you like, there will inevitably be some that you have no intention of using. Rather than keeping these coins, you can collect them.
To pick up an item in Rocket League Sideswipe, go to your Garage. Click on the item you want to recover, then click on the white symbol in the box for that item. This will bring up the recovery menu where you can see how much SP you will get. This number varies depending on the item and its rarity.

Keep in mind that once you pick up an item, it's gone. Also, some items cannot be recovered. Those obtained from the Rocket Pass cannot be exchanged for SP. Once you click on an item, you can also choose not to collect it if the amount of SP is not high enough.
Collecting unwanted items is a great way to generate SP so you can buy the cosmetics you want. It's also a great way to declutter your inventory and find your awesome cosmetic items faster!
