Rainbow Six Extraction is now available for download and players must complete the rigorous VR training before starting the campaign. While you can skip the training, we recommend completing 100% VR studies before moving on to real forays. Players can earn some XP during VR training and it will give you a better understanding of the Archaean encounter. Here are the few objectives you need to complete in VR training.
Do a first run of VR training
To complete this, simply survive and show up for extraction. This is the simplest objective in VR training and can be completed without starting other objectives.
Stealth Kill Enemies
Use Crouch to move around undetected and get around 10 stealth kills to complete this study in VR Training.
Dismantle the nests
Be sure to take down the nests when they are inactive. This way you can use melee attacks to destroy them. Getting too close to a nest will alert Archaeans around and start producing new Archaeans to fight.
Cover the Archaeans in smoke
Throw a smoke grenade at five Archaeans to complete this challenge and add it to the VR study. You will need to restock your Smoke Grenades that are in specific areas of the Hot-Zone.

To complete this VR study, you will need to mine from the third sub-area. It doesn't matter if you don't complete any of the other objectives, just extracting from the third sub-area will complete this study.
Biopsy

In the Biopsy challenge, you'll need to take down an Archaean with your REACT blade. You can use the drone to locate it and perform a Takedown as long as it is not modified. Crouch to sneak up on the enemy and perform a Takedown to complete the biopsy challenge. Move to the airlock to switch to Nest Tracking.
Nest tracking

In Nest Tracking, your operator enters an ecosystem of parasite nests. You will need to sneak around and plant trackers on these nests to destroy them. Players can also destroy them by shooting or using melee weapons. Archaean nests will produce new Archaeans until they are destroyed. Make sure to destroy all of them to complete this step.
MIA operator

The third objective of VR training is to rescue an MIA operator. Make sure to follow the whole process to understand how to recover fallen operators. The MIA Operator mechanic can be difficult for solo players, but destroying all branches of the Archaean Tree will free the Operator.
