When you reach the second boss, you might be surprised because it's not what you expected. The second boss is a giant worm called The Devourer, and he stays in the icy waters, so reaching him is a bit of a hassle, but there's a way to bring him up to your level.
To defeat this boss, you must light up three beacons surrounding the area, then press the main switch. To light up beacons, you need to watch out for giant switch blocks on the ground. Just press these pressure switches and the beacon will come out of the ground.
The next step is to patiently wait for the switch as The Devourer begins to shoot his saliva at you. The beacon will block the attack and also light up. When turned on, it means it is activated.
The three switches are in a horseshoe pattern surrounding the second boss. Between the first and second beacon is a massive black wall with another switch below. This is the main switch you need to turn on once all three beacons are on.
Use the walls as cover when the Devourer spits at you, and head to each switch location. And remember, the beacon will also protect you. But when the second boss is running around spitting at you, it will create small balls of energy that will hunt you down, so be careful.
Once all three beacons are on, go back to the black wall and stand on the switch. This will cause the worm to fall towards you, allowing you to go into the water and climb on it. Now the hard part begins.
Now you need to go down the Devourer's hair, looking for the glowing pillars that emanate from it. And just like the first boss, you have to get up and press that bell seal three times before it gets destroyed and do it three times in total.
The first is located just above the top of the first spiked platform as you descend.
The second bell is located to the left of the end of the spiked pink platform, when you follow it down. The third seal, however, is located very close to the bottom of the Devourer. Drop down to the lower pink spiky platform, then start climbing, but make sure there's a pink spiky platform above you, and in between is the third bell.
The boss fight is over as soon as the third knock sounds, a cutscene will play instantly.
