The Back 4 Blood campaign finale leads you to the greatest threat in the game, the Abomination. She is unlike any other Ridden in the game and is the hardest to kill. Here's what you need to do to eliminate the biggest threat.
During the cutscene, you injure the Abomination which forces it to hide underground. Then your helicopter crashes and you finish off the monster once and for all. When you reach the parking lot, four tentacles emerge from under the ground.
Your objective is to destroy all these tentacles. Once you destroy the first, large hordes of Ridden will charge at you and your teammates. You'll have to deal with it as you dodge and destroy the tentacles.
Once all the tentacles are gone, slide them through to reach the Abomination's hideout. Now the real Back 4 Blood boss fight begins. First, you need to destroy two weak points in the Ridden's mouth. As you do this, watch out for the tentacles.

One of the best and fastest ways is to throw explosives into his mouth. Once you're done, the Abomination will try to run away. Finally, you chase him down by shooting weak points in his body. Weak spots shine and can be easily spotted.
There are two things to remember here: you'll have to deal with several zombies on the way, and you'll have a limited time of five minutes to deplete the Abomination's health bar.
Your job is done now. There will be a cutscene that will show the end of the Abomination and the game.
