Cecilia Garden is one of the areas in Genshin Impact. This is where you'll find rare resources that you'll need, but you can't just walk around and start hitting enemies. First, you need to solve a puzzle to open Cecilia Garden.
When you first arrive at Cecilia Garden, it will look like any other ruined area on the map. The gate to the domain is hidden underground and won't come to the surface until you manage to get the four little ghosts to the stone pedestals in the central plaza.
In the center of the square, you'll see a locked wind node, and you'll need to get the four little spirits to their pedestals if you want to be able to activate it. The former is the easiest and easiest to miss. One of the bases is covered with rock, just break it with a weapon so that the little blue spirit can land on it.
Then you will see a group of enemies on the left side of the area. They have a spirit trapped there, so go ahead and kill them to free the spirit, then guide it to the pedestal. The third is located at the left rear of the area. It's actually hidden by a large cracked rock that you can destroy with your weapon.
The last is trapped behind a wall of wind. You'll need to scale the crumbling wall behind it, then jump and slide over it. Hit the Wind node with a Wind ability to free the spirit and guide it to the base. When they're all in place, you can hit the central node with a Wind ability and the entrance to the Cecilia Garden will pop out of the ground, and you can start managing the estate for various resources. You'll need Original Resin to claim them, just like every other area in the game.
