What is the story of Melioné in Greek mythology?

If like most gamers, you're wondering who Melioné is, well, this character is mentioned in the Orphic Hymns of Leconte de Lisle (source) in chapter LXVIII. Here is the passage around this character:

I invoke the Nymph Mèlinoè, subterranean, with peplos the color of saffron, who gave birth, near the sources of Kokytos, to the venerable Perséphone, in the bed of Zeus Kroniôn, to whom the subtle Plouton also unites herself by cunning; and then Mèlinoè took a double body of different colors in the bosom of Perséphone: Mèlinoè, who by aerial apparitions, monstrous images of herself, terrifies mortals, who sometimes is transparent, and sometimes shines in the night while circulating through the darkness. I beg you, O Goddess, queen of the underground, who leads souls to the limits of the earth, to show a favorable countenance to those who initiate into your mysteries.

Melinoe is therefore a Nymph and she would be the daughter of Persephone and Zeus who would have taken on the appearance of his brother Hades to design it. She can take two different appearances, one transparent and another that can glow at night. According to Wikipedia (source), she is a minor deity of Orphism. She is the goddess of ghosts and nightmares. Obviously, his story could be different in Hades 2 and we will undoubtedly know more in the months to come. Finally, remember that Hades 2 Early Access is set to release in 2023.
