In Persona 5 Strikers, you can answer about 80 requests. However, there are some that come from your fellow Phantom Thieves. These friend requests are missing and should be completed as soon as possible on the date they are given.
You'll know when you get one from another party member because they'll text you directly and ask you to come talk with them. By completing all these special friend requests, you will get what are friends for? trophy / achievement.
Remember that you still need to accept them in the request part of your menu to activate them. After completing one, return to your request menu and flag it to complete. A black checkmark next to a quest means you've accepted it. A red means it's done and ready to be handed over.
If a fellow Phantom Thief didn't text you about a request during the day it's supposed to happen, try going deeper into the story. In some cases, the story forces you to leave the metaverse anyway, and that's when some of them can appear.

Sendai Sweets: Ann will text you. Talk to Ann at Sendai Station to receive the quest, then accept in your menu. You must buy:
- Zunda Shake
- Zunda Daifuku
- Gyutan ice cream
Gyutan Ice Cream can be purchased at Adoake Monaka Sweets in Sendai Station, in the arcade shopping area on the far left called “Japanese Sweets Shop”. Zunda Shake and Zunda Daifuku can be purchased from the Zunda Mochi Shop in Mt. Aoba Park area. After acquiring all the items, report it in your menu.
Lend a Paw: This should come from Morgana, after completing Sendai Sweets. Talk to the two NPCs, the Maiden and the Skeptical Woman (image references below).
Then talk to the Fussy Manager (picture location below).
After that, listen to the guy next to Futaba in Sendai Station for the password, then go back to the Fussy Manager to talk to him. Finally, buy the Zunda Supreme from Cafe Blue. Report the quest in your menu.

Love Soupreme: Talk to Ryuji in North Suzushin for this quest, then go to the Akagire Shop and talk to the person in the white shirt (picture location below).
This will unlock another request called Apothecary's Connection. Return to Sappora Prison and go to the government office front door area to kill 10 Mothman Shadows as Sophia.
Report the Apothecary Connection call, then talk to the guy outside the store again. Then you can buy two meal tickets in Akagire for you and Ryuji. You can then report Love Soupreme.

Beachside Blast: Makoto will contact you about this one. Talk to him at the beach in the evening after a few stories. She will ask you to find a watermelon and defeat 10 Jack Frost Shadow while controlling Queen during the battle.
You can buy the watermelon at the Haisai Hoama store. Then go to Sapporo Prison to fight the shadows of Jack Frost. When these two tasks are completed, report the quest in your menu.

Appreciation of Okinawan art: this one is by Yusuke. Talk to him on the beach, and he'll ask you to defeat 10 Shiisaa Shadows with him. Go to the Okinawa prison and make him your group leader. Simply defeat all 10 enemies and signal the request.

Cooking Papa: Talk to Zenkichi to get the request, then accept it on your menu. Talk to Haru and you will receive a new one called Obanzai Ingredients, in which you will have to buy several ingredients. Accept it in your menu.
You can buy Kamo-Nasu Eggplant at the Unwhat Grocery in the Shinsekai Tower area. However, it seems that beef and tofu are nowhere to be found in this region. You can buy them in Sophia's online store.
After putting this one back in your menu, you'll get Haru's Obanzai recipe as a reward. Now talk to Futaba to get the Forging the Ultimate Menu request, and she'll ask you to get some items.
You can get both Kyoto curry and miso ramen by cooking them in your RV hideout. The recipe for Kyoto Curry is given to you automatically as part of a previous story event. Miso Ramen is a recipe you got in Sapporo earlier in the game. If you missed it before, you can buy it from Sophia's online store at an extremely high price.
After reporting Futaba's request, you will automatically be able to report Zenkichi's request, Cooking Papa.
