During the final parts of Chapter Eight of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, you'll be faced with a quick decision you might miss in the heat of battle. As you and the Guardians race to escape the Grand Unification, Gamora tells you to trust her and she's going after Raker.
It's a decision that isn't denoted by a stoppage of play to give you time to think things over, but you do have the choice of chasing Gamora down the ramp or allowing her after Raker.
The spoiler-free answer is to let her hunt Riker for the best outcome later in the game.

Spoiler warning
If you decide to run after Gamora to shoot Raker, the bridge will blow under you, forcing Gamora to save Peter and give up her chance against Raker. This will make her furious with you for the decision and lead to a tougher boss fight with Raker later in the game.
If you allow Gamora to pursue Raker, she will disappear and cannot be used in your party for the rest of the escape. After the escape, however, she'll reappear on the Milano and appreciate your trust in letting her pursue Raker alone. She will also have one of Raker's severed arms, which will make it easier for the boss fight against him later.
