UEFA Euro 2020 Fortnite Cup, how to participate in the Football tournament? Epic Games is organizing a tournament in Fortnite for Euro 2020 (and not 2021) football!
Very soon, the Euro football will begin in Europe. For the occasion, Epic Games seems to have teamed up with UEFA to celebrate the competition in Fortnite. A dedicated cup bearing the name of "Fortnite UEFQ Euro 2020 Cup" is organized by the publisher of Fortnite, on Wednesday June 16 and Thursday June 17, 2021. All players can participate, you just have to activate 2FA on your Fortnite account !
Here's how Epic Games presents the competition: "After a friendly competition for the start of Chapter 2 - Season 7, the real competition begins with the Fortnite UEFA Euro 2020 Cup on June 16, 2021. Enter for a chance to win a real money prize as well only cosmetic in-game rewards.”

Fortnite UEFA Euro 2020 Cup date and format
On its website (source), Epic Games has detailed all the information regarding this Fortnite tournament. The format itself can be found on this page, but we offer you the simplified format below!
- You need an Epic Games account level 30 and activate 2FA
- The tournament takes place on Wednesday June 16 (round 1) and Thursday June 17 (round 2 if the players are qualified)
- Round 1 lasts 3 hours where each player can play a maximum of 10 games. Top 1 EU qualify for Round 000
- Round 2 is played with the same format but only 1 EU players
The point system is identical except for kills depending on round 1 and 2 (the kill is worth 2 points in round 1 and 3 points in round 2):
