Le Barrel of confiscated candy is an object you can interact with that is located at Valdrakken. It is an item needed to complete the quest. Dryad's Remedy, quest giving access to Honorary Dryad title.

WoW Dragonflight confiscated candy barrel, where to find it?
When you take part in the quest Dryad's Remedy, you need to find Tasty baby bird treats. These are hidden in the Valdrakken Nourricerie, behind a shelf, in a Barrel of confiscated candy.
So head on as far west as possible of Valdrakken, In the Draconic Nursery. Once you are there, look towards the bottom right of the room, you will be able to see a library there.
Once you find this shelf, go around it. You should see a slightly glowing barrel, meaning you can interact with it.
