Where is the decryption chip located?
Decryption Chip #53 can be found in an abandoned mountain villain lair in the west of the map near Snobby Shores. To access it, the easiest way is to land on the mountain and go down to the lair. It will take several people to dance for the disco ball to rise and you to be able to unlock the chip.
