Where is the decryption chip located?
Decryption Chip #62 can be found to the east of the map, in the abandoned mansion near the go-kart track. You will find it on the ground floor to the right in the entrance, and you must not forget to go there with the Stratus outfit, otherwise it will not be possible to unlock it.
