The Lightsaber is a new weapon, which appeared on Saturday evening, December 14. It exists with a different skin:
- Blue (Rey's lightsaber)
- Green (Luke's lightsaber)
- Violet (Mace Windu's lightsaber)
- Red (Kylo Ren's lightsaber

The most difficult thing is to find this famous lightsaber, so we give you some tips and tricks to get it as quickly as possible.
Lightsaber in Fortnite
Like any weapon in Fortnite, the Lightsaber can be obtained in two ways: by finding it or by looting it from an enemy's stuff.
To handle the sword, it's very simple:
- To block : you have to be facing enemy fire and right click;
- To inflict damage: you have to left click and be close enough to an enemy (the damage is impressive).
Retrieve a lightsaber from a chest
To collect it from a loot, Epic Games has set up new chests, as you can see below. The location of these chests is unfortunately random.
Opening this crate yields one lightsaber of each color in Fortnite.
Find a lightsaber on a corpse or on the ground
