For the "Decryption" challenges, you will need to collect 100 different chips in order to solve the mystery. Decryption Chip 36 asks you to search with Sentinel on an icy island. So all you have to do is go there, in a game mode other than the Playground. Be careful though, to get this chip you will have to wear the Sentinel skin obtained by buying the Battle Pass from season 9.
As a reminder, once the chip has been recovered, you must not leave the game, but die for the progress to be saved.

Where is the decryption chip located?
The decryption chip is therefore on an iceberg south of Frosty Flights. You can easily get to the latter either by jumping there directly from the battle bus, or by using the zip lines that connect it to the mainland. The chip will only be visible when you get close enough with the Sentinel cosmetic.
