These codes indicate that there is a problem connecting with the game's servers. Here are some avenues to explore to resolve the problem.
- Disconnect and reconnect.
- Restart PS4, Xbox One or PC.
- Restart the Internet provider's router.
Error code 8192
Since the last Call of Duty: Modern Warfare update many players have encountered error code 8192. However Activision does not appear to have provided an official solution or explanation.. According to a user on the publisher's forum, the problem should be network-related, preventing the recovery of the player's profile and sometimes occurring after an update.
Error codes 6 and DIVER
The meaning of these error codes is quite unclear but there are a few solutions that can be tested to resolve the issues.
- Restart the Internet provider's router.
- Disable the firewall (only on PC).
- Update the game with mobile data.
- Uninstall and reinstall Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Be careful however the game thinking more than 150GB this is the last resort.
