During the quest The way of the berserker » which is a mission only available in the pre-order bonuses, you will have to collect a plant, the black henbane.
You normally find them in graveyards and on quest objectives, they will mark you 5 locations where you can pick it up. These locations are:
- Edmund's Hope
- King’s Bury
- Grimes Graves
- au nord d'Elmenham
- and northeast of Northwic

As you can see in the video, all you need to do is you teleport to the fast travel point et reach the nearby cemetery.
Once you have collected this plant, you will have to find the gallows tree which is located high enough north of Edmund's Hope to watch the cutscene and continue the quest "The Berserker's Rite".
