Crash Bandicoot 4 is running soon on Switch, Next-Gen consoles

Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time is heading to Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5 on March 12. Crash 4 for PC is set to release sometime later in 2021 via Blizzard's Battle.net portal.

Crash 4 on PS5 and Xbox Series X | S will cost $59,99, while the Switch version will cost $39,99. Existing owners of Crash 4 on PS4 and Xbox One can upgrade the PS5 and Series X versions for free | S, but if they have the disc version, they need a console with a disc drive for the update.

Next-gen updates include 4K and 60fps support on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Xbox Series S will upgrade Crash 4 to 4K, though like other games, it doesn't support 60fps.

The PC version will be a little different. 4K support is of course dependent on platform specs and the frame rate is capped at 60fps if using the recommended settings. It's not capped otherwise, but regardless of the choice, Crash 4 on PC must be played with an internet connection.

We called Crash 4 a nice, if sometimes frustrating, step in the right direction for the series that deftly combines retro gameplay with modern charm.
