  • Location: Mytilene (Garrison) – The Sword of Archelaus is obtained after defeating Archelaus in battle. Although there is an optional objective to kill him, simply winning the fight by scaring the enemies away still earns you this reward.

  • Location: Mysia (Temple of Apollo) – You will find a pickaxe next to the ladder that leads to the burning temple. Go to the opposite side where you will see a cracked stone floor.   • Benefit: The Interrupt skill does not end as long as you land deathblows. This is an amazing weapon for the Sagittarius class which focuses on the Marksman tree.
  • Skills: Aimed Shot and Barbed Arrow.

Eritha's Medallion

  • Location: Mysia (Temple of Apollo) – The medallion of Eritha is related to the main quest involving Theophilus and Zenobia. You can find out more in our Temple of Apollo guide.
  • Benefit: +10% of max HP restored each turn up to 10 times per encounter.

Staff of Asclepius

  • Location: Mysia (Mountaintop Ruins) – Rod of Asclepius can be found inside a chest along the outer wall.
  • Perk: Restores 10% of a random ally's Max HP each time you kill an enemy.
  • Skills: Wide Swing, Power Shot, and Range.

Brochet de Damianos

  • Location: Ainos (School of Gladiators) – Pike of Damianos is obtained after defeating Damianos.
  • Benefit: Grants the ready status effect if you end your turn adjacent to a character wielding a shield.
  • Skill: Extend, Thrust and Thrust, and Armored Thrust.

Aegis

  • Location: Troas (Fishing Village) and Mytilene (Lucullus War Camp) — In the fishing village, you will find a woman selling a special bottle of wine for 2 denarii. If you chose the Rhetorical Logos style, you can reduce the cost to 000 denarii. Once you have purchased the item, you will begin the Blood of Jupiter side quest. Bring this as a gift to Lucullus in his camp and have a drink. Then, a little later in Act 1, you can revisit the Lucullus War Camp to find a chest. Inside you can pick up the Aegis Blueprint, Unique Material, and a Letter.
  • Benefit: 50% chance of blinding an attacker who hits you in melee.

  • Location: Troas (Fishing Village) – Occam's Razor is in a locked gambling den. There is an NPC outside and you can either convince him to walk away or kill him. If you do the latter, you can recover a key. Defeat the enemies inside and collect this unique weapon.
  • Benefit: +50% damage to flanked enemies.
  • Skill: stab, stab and, yes, stab again.

Traitor's Mail

  • Location: Mytilene (Garrison) – Traitor's Mail is obtained after eliminating Cassius in the Whack The Mole quest.
  • Perk: Dodge the first ranged reaction shot against you each turn (i.e. Overwatch or Interrupt).

Crocea Mors

  • Location: Rome – Speak to Aurelia during the party where you are introduced to the senators to receive the Crocea Mors plan.
  • Benefit: Each hit applies the tested status effect, ensuring that the next attack in the same turn is a critical hit that cannot be resisted.
  • Skills: Defensive Strike, Slash, and Sword Strike. There are also two slots open for random skill rolls once this unique weapon is crafted.

Queen's Guardian

  • Location: Apollonia (Garrison) — The Queen's Guardian is automatically given to you by Cleopatra after saving her.
  • Benefit: The first attack in each encounter that drops your health to zero will instead drop you to 1 HP.

Helmet of Scipio Africanus

  • Location: Celestial Court — There is a junk dealer in the market who will sell Scipio Africanus' helmet for 1 denarii, without knowing its true value.
  • Benefit: If you end your turn with one attack action remaining, you will start your next turn with +2 attack actions.

  • Location: Celestial Court – You will find a man named Aksil in the market. He asks for more about the afterlife, and you can satisfy his curiosity. This starts a side quest called Afterlife Travel Guide where you will encounter the spirit of a giant cat. On the side of this chamber, you will see a pot with the Furry medallion. Finally, if you are about to leave, choose the red door. Otherwise, it will lead to a game over.
  • Advantage: animals will be attracted to you, following you instead of fleeing.

Staff of Warmaksan

  • Location: Court of Heaven (Burial Site) – Defeat the troops ambushing you during the ceremony. Also eliminate their leader, Warmaksan, to receive the staff of Warmaksan.
  • Advantage: each hit has a 20% chance of knocking down a target.
  • Skills: Thrust, Heavy Blow, Wide Swing, Spinning Attack, and Whirlwind. The last three we've listed will hit multiple targets, which will add to the advantage.
