Good Slice guide: tips, tricks and cheats

Slicing fruits and vegetables is a great way to pass your time. The only way to improve it is to see your sliced fruit pulverized in a blender. This is where Good Slice excels. Not only do you have to cut various fruits, but you also have to cut them small enough to feed the blender below. The more pieces of fruit you put in the blender, the more points you will get.

Many of these sliced mobile games contain cosmetics or other gameplay distractions. Not a good slice. He brings you back with just you and a sharp knife.

Your objective should be to cut the fruits into certain shapes to slide between the obstacles below. Each level has its own layout, with obstacles that can move around and block your access to the blender. These moving obstacles become more common in later levels, so it might be a good idea to hone your slicing skills before you get to that stage of the game. That's where we come in with our Good Slice guide.

Here's what's in our Good Slice guide:

Good tips, tricks and tips

Becoming a fruit cutting master is harder than it looks. Maybe the following tips and tricks will help you become a real fruit ninja.

  • Slice and Dice: Slicing in this game does not follow the normal laws of physics. You can cut multiple fruits, even if there's a wall or two in the path of your blade. Your slice will be fine through that hurdle like it was never there
  • Channel your inner samurai: In the legendary game of Fruit Ninja, you lose if you're not fast enough to cut the fruit. In Good Slice, it seems to be the opposite. Cutting a fruit in the air seems unreliable and unpredictable. Sometimes you can sneak a big chunk of fruit, but that's more of a fluke than a skill. So have the patience to let the fruit settle before slicing it.

Good Slice guide: tips, tricks and cheats

  • Dice like a boss: Often times you will find yourself in a situation where one or more pieces are stuck together. The best way to unclog stuck-on pieces is to thinly slice them. If you take large cuts of large pieces, they often refuse to budge. If you take small slices near the points where the pieces come into contact with the wall or an obstacle, everything seems to settle
  • Stop and think: in many levels your fruits are sitting on top of multiple obstacles. This means that if you cut the entire length or width of the fruit, thinner than the space it rests on, a large piece of fruit should slide down after the first jam. This cheat is useful in levels with a large item like a pineapple or melon
  • Look for your movements: in the upper left corner, there is an orange circle containing a number. This number tells you how many slices you have left before the level ends. Exhaustion is a bad idea because the level can end before your last pieces of fruit make it into the blender, costing you three stars
  • Optimize your slicing: If you need to cut a stuck piece of fruit, see if you can slide it further and cut another piece as well. There is no cost to be sliced across your entire screen. It might save you a slice later in the level
