The Hearthstone deck tracker is also officially licensed by Blizzard – although for tournaments that's a slightly different matter.

Hearthstone: Claim a Free Deck
If you're a new player coming to Hearthstone, you can claim a free deck starting July 30. All you have to do is create a new account and log in to Hearthstone, then complete the tutorial and go from new player rank 40 to 1. Once that's done, you can claim your free Hearthstone deck based on the one of the original nine classes in the game.
