Narrow Inquiry is a hidden world quest that can be unlocked using Key Sigils. Before embarking on this quest, make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Your daylight setting should be set to Evernight.
- You must be in possession of one of each Key Sigil. There are five in total. Refer to the picture below to make sure you have them.

When you meet the prerequisites, head to the area circled on the map below. Be sure to bring a battle-ready team.

You will come across a clearing surrounded by five stones featuring the same symbols in each Key Sigil. Interact with the stones to offer the corresponding Key Sigil and an afterimage of Aberaku will appear. Talk to Aberaku and he'll explain how the monsters in the area have kept his soul trapped all these years.

Speak to Aberaku a second time to begin the trial, which involves defeating three Primal Bathysmal Vishaps within 30 seconds. If you fail, you can try again. And if you're having trouble defeating enemies, consider inviting friends to your world through co-op mode to help out.
This quest will reward you with a valuable chest that contains The Narrows quest item offerings, which are needed for the global global quest called Hyperion's Dirge.
