To complete the Brain and Beauty challenge in BitLife, players will need to complete the following main objectives:
- Become a model
- Become a brain surgeon
- Read Frankenstein
- Have 100% intelligence
- Have a 100% look
Completing the Brain and Beauty challenge is easy once you know how to complete each objective in the challenge. Start by creating a character with a high Smarts and Looks setting, then follow the steps explained in the table below.

| The goal | How to complete it |
| Become a model | To achieve the goal, you will need to keep your Looks stat fairly high. Visit the salon, go for walks and go to the gym at regular intervals. Keep your Looks stat above 90, try to get a job as a foot model in the Jobs section. Continue on this path until you become a hand model, then a catalog model, a lingerie model, and finally a runway model. |
| Become a brain surgeon | To do this, you will have to go to college and university. Study well during your school and high school period keeping your intelligence high. You can keep the stat high by being obedient, reading books, and visiting the library. Join a college with biology or psychology as a major. After completing it, apply for medical school and complete your college. Join us as a brain surgeon after completing your medical school. |
| Read Frankenstein | To read Frankenstein, visit the Mind & Body category under the Activities tab. Now select the Find a good book option and choose Frankenstein as the book. The mentioned book will not be available at all times, so keep trying until you find one. |
| Have 100% intelligence | Choose a character with a high appearance from birth, usually above 90. Try to increase and maintain the stat by being obedient, reading books, taking memory tests, and visiting the library. If you are in school or college, volunteer for tutoring classes. |
| Have a 100% look | Choose a character with high intelligence from birth, usually above 90. Try to increase and maintain the stat by eating healthy, visiting salons and spas, going to the gym, and being active. Abstain from drugs and alcohol throughout your life. |
Remember that throughout the challenge you will have to keep your Smarts and Looks stats quite high, so do not engage in any unwanted activity that may alter the given settings.
