How to get all weapons in Tales of Arise?

Tales of Arise doesn't hold back when it comes to the amount of weapons included in the game. There are over 100 different weapons for players to collect on their journey, and each weapon has been given something special to make it stand out from the rest. Once a weapon has been found, it's also unlocked as a weapon skin, meaning you don't have to sacrifice strength to be stylish.

Some of the weapons that can be found are ridiculous and quirky, like Alphen's gigantic carrot sword. Others are slightly creepy or grotesque, like Rinwell's Necronomicon tome. Whichever weapon you choose, they all add a nice visual touch to combat. And, since trying to find all these weapons is no mean feat, we've put together a list to help you track them down. Here's how to get all weapons in Tales of Arise.

Weapons obtained during the main story

Players will automatically obtain 12 weapons while playing through the main Tales of Arise story, making these the easiest weapons for players to get their hands on. However, most characters will only get their default weapons during the main story, while Alphen, Shionne, and Law will each unlock access to a few more powerful weapons as the story progresses. Here are the weapons available by completing the main story quests

Tales of Arise only has 11 weapons that can be unlocked by completing sub-quests, but they're worth picking up if you're looking for something a little less traditional. For the most part, each character will receive a special weapon at the end of the Otherworldly Visitors sub-quest, but there are a few other sub-quests that reward players with nifty weapons that they won't want to miss. Crafting is key when it comes to collecting the majority of weapons in Tales of Arise, and there are several that can be crafted – 103 weapons are available in total for players to create. The items needed to craft each weapon can be found primarily by defeating enemies, which can then be used to purchase or upgrade weapons by speaking with a blacksmith.
