How to Get Wren Brightblade's Treasure Chest in Copyrighted Artists
There's only one simple task to complete to get Wren's Treasure Chest in Copyright Artists: score the most points at the end of the round. Note: There is talk about whether or not this chest works on April 21. The time says it starts in one day. It may not work if you try to get it on April 21st.
The game is a cross between Pictionary and Telephone. During the drawing phase, you will draw either an original or a copy of someone else's image. During the second round, you try to guess which images are the original drawing.
When it comes time to guess the trick, you must correctly determine which picture is the original to score points. When other people are guessing a drawing, your drawing must convince the guessers that it's the original copy to score points, even if it isn't.
At the end of the round, the points you scored by guessing correctly and shooting are totaled, and whoever comes out on top is the winner of the round.
Here are some tips to help you win a round:
Guess what
- Don't assume the best drawing is the original. When people copy other people, they try to make it look authentic with more defined edges and more detail.
- Don't believe people in chat. Remember that other players are trying to convince you that theirs is real so they score more points. The people talking may be telling the truth, but if they don't sound convincing, ignore them.
- Keep the title in mind. Most of the people playing the game are not drawing experts. Focus on the image that best matches the title. Often there is someone who does a better drawing but leaves out something that would make it fit the title.
- Pay attention to details. If the detail looks like something someone would add to match the title, it's probably the original. If a detail looks like someone's personal style, it's probably a copycat.
Drawing
- Make your drawing precise, but somewhat difficult to imitate. If you're drawing the original, match it as closely as possible to the title and add details that relate only to the title. Don't add flair.
- If you copy, improve the details. If you know exactly what the detail of a drawing is, draw it better. Don't do this unless you are absolutely certain of the detail.
Ultimately, this game relies on trickery and confusion more than prescient artistic ability. Once you've won a match, you'll receive the Week 2 Badge and Wren's Treasure Chest!
