Yui Hatano is the hostess of Club Jewel in Yakuza Kiwami. Her self-presentation can come across as a little distant, but she can quickly warm up to Kiryu when given the chance. Cabaret clubs can be expensive, so it is recommended to have some cash on hand when spending time there.

After meeting Yui after being escorted to Club Jewel from the MEB, players will have the choice of talking, giving gifts, and ordering drinks or food. Maximizing Yui's affection in S Rank shouldn't take long to offer the right answers, but to speed up the process, it's important to know what she likes.
- Drinks – Yui prefers orange juice and golden champagne. Orange juice is much cheaper and gives the same amount of affection.
- Food – Yui prefers chicken basket and pickled vegetables.
- Gifts - As long as Kiryu doesn't give the same gift twice, any gift will increase Yui's affection.
- Dates – Yui likes to go out for sushi. It should be noted that bowling is fine but will have a neutral effect.

When talking with Yui, she will have many conversation topics that will start recycling once she answers them at some point. These are the answers that will yield the best results.
Classification of questions
When first meeting Yui and each subsequent visit after the ranking, Kiryu will be asked a series of questions from her. These questions will not follow each other and will only be asked once classified. These are the answers for maximum affection. Responses that yield the same result have been omitted.
- I was in jail.
- At least you're honest.
- Men need to consider a girl's feelings.
- Honesty is the best policy.
- They are fools.
- How about "I love you"?
- What a weird guy...
- It is certainly possible.
- I bet you're already in love.
- You won't fall in love, will you?
- I'm looking forward to it.
General conversation
Aside from the questions Yui will ask between rows, what she decides to talk about can be in any order. Here's each topic and the answer that gets the most affection.
- Classes – Cooking class.
- Plastic surgery – It's your sister's choice.
- Class reunions – They are antisocial.
- Buying gifts – This is an old trick.
- Toy Poodle – The sooner you get it, the better.
- Online Review - You're Not Cute.
- Photos – Don't even smile.
- 18 years old – Do you do that too? - Challenge accepted.
- Movies – Age really matters.
- Being late – I'm sorry to hear that.
Players looking for Hostess-related trophies and achievements will have no problem asking Yui out. Beat her at Mahjong and that's another trophy/achievement in the bag. There is also fun to be had with karaoke and once its sub-story is completed, its affection will be at its peak. If the completion list entry doesn't show it, just return to the club and after a date, its rank should change to S.
