If you're wondering if Aliens Fireteam Elite supports co-op, the answer is yes. Aliens Fireteam Elite will feature multiple co-op modes where players will play as one of many classes and fight against hordes of enemies iconic to the Aliens franchise.
But none of these modes will include local co-op. The game will not feature local co-op or split-screen in any form. Because of this, you and your friends will need to play on separate machines if you want to play cooperatively in the game.
As explained in our crossplay guide, crossplay is a mystery, so it's unclear when crossplay will play a role in game co-op.

That said, you and your friends will have to fight over 20 enemy types to encompass the aliens and Weyland-Yutani synthetic enemies.
Co-op games can also support up to three players as they battle through campaigns "that introduce new scenarios to the Alien universe," according to the game's Steam page.
You and your friends will also be able to customize your marines with an arsenal of around 30+ weapons and well over 70 mods and attachments. Playable classes will also include perks and tons of special abilities for players to use.
