Next, you want to wipe down the surface to remove stains and oil. Use disinfectant wipes or rubbing alcohol with a soft microfiber cloth to safely remove stains. Finally, you can always use a vacuum cleaner to remove stubborn debris.
Following these steps will ensure you have a clean and sanitized keyboard. Whatever you do, don't pour or spray water directly on the keyboard, and especially don't immerse it in water, no matter how coarse your keyboard is.
