To get an unfrozen talisman in Tribes of Midgard, you will need to find unfrozen enemies in the Glacier Peaks biome and kill them.
On death, these types of enemies will drop the Thawed Talisman on death, so you'll want to farm them for that reason alone. But Glacier Peaks is a tough biome to tackle early on, the main reason it's so cold, and so you'll die quickly from frost damage.
To get around frost damage, you'll need to look to better armor with decent cold protection. Personally, we recommend farming to craft any of the high-level armor, as one or two pieces of the Fronjot or several sets of Utgard armor will protect you from the cold.

However, you can also use the Cold Bandage Solution, which would be one of the cold resistant potions. To craft one of these potions, you will need red meat and mushroom oil. Beyond that, add vines to the mix for the highest tier potion.
You will also need to upgrade the Trapper at least twice to unlock both the first and second variants of the Cold Resistant Potions. Then when you got the potions after upgrading for the Trapper, they should be enough to get you through the biome. However, you will still need to increase your power level to 200+
The reason is that the snowy region is one of the deadliest in the game, and so you will have to increase your power level by upgrading and improving your equipment.
